My Lightning Love has grown and I just had to have one on my arm! Yesterday, I was fighting a cold that was spread by my wonderful hubby. I didn't have my usual weekend energy and found myself sitting at my sewing table making myself a new handbag. I absolutely adore it and had to share some pics. :)

Flight Suit Purse!



Wow, so I just realized I never posted this little beauty on here! I made this purse for an old friend I met while stationed in Germany. She's got a fun loving personality and I think it suits her perfectly!



Dimensions are approx. 17.5"x5"x10" and has a 26" strap. This purse has a ton of room for all your goodies. I added the pen pocket to one side and inside added 4 pockets(2 on each side wall) and a key clip. To add just a touch of fun to the outside I also added a large button to the strap that matched the liner material. :)

I absolutely LOVE this fabric!

Last week, I had the honor of making a beautiful new purse for an old friend we met while living in Germany many years ago. I also made a deployment pillow for her oldest boy, TJ. I sure hope they LOVE how they turned out. :)
